Are you fat or skinny fat and wanna lose weight and look ripped?
I too was 80 kg around a year ago and was very overweight for 165cm.

To get rid of fat and build muscles you need
CALORIC DEFICIT 300-500
RESISTANCE TRAINING
ENOUGH PROTEIN (2g/kg bodyweight)
SLEEP

- for a caloric deficit you NEED to track your calories and be in a deficit
- moving more is equally if not more beneficial
- resistance training twice a week per muscle group will increase the fat free mass and there for decrease the bodyfat percentage¨
- enough protein will help you build muscles AND keep you fuller

my tips:
- eat fewer meals, 2-3 are enough
- get distracted, work, hobbies
- plan your meals, have them ready and only cook if you don't feel too hungry
- don't have dumb stuff lying around in the first place like sweets, fatty foods and junkfood
- eat foods you actually enjoy and make healthier versions as in more protein and less calories
- add volume in forms of fruits and veggies, but don't choose nuts or avocados
