Bulking
Are you perhaps skinny and wanna put on weight?
Are you having struggles because of your metabolism and undereating?
I too used to be a skinny kid but with these tricks and tips I managed to get big and strong.
Bulking means to be in a caloric surplus. To achieve a surplus on calories you need to know and track your intake and weight. If your weight is not moving up, you aren't eating enough.
A SURPLUS of about 300-500 should be enough in the beginning.
Add RESISTANCE TRAINING with progressive overload and ENOUGH PROTEIN(2g/kg body weight) to that, SLEEP WELL and STAY CONSISTENT. Muscles take way longer than fat to build up, so be patient. It took me well around 4-5 years to get here.

some extra tips:
add healthy oils everywhere
eat more regularly
eat junkfood if neccessary
eat less satiating food first and then the satiating food (protein, high fibre)
some tend to move so much unconsciously, you might wanna take a look into that
